THE ESSAY

Since you are typing or word processing your research project,

it should be double spaced. Leave appropriate margins on all four

sides of the pages. Each page is to be numbered using Arabic

numerals. The number on the first page appears centered at the

bottom of the page. Each subsequent page is numbered in the upper

right hand corner.

BIBLIOGRAPHY

The bibliography appears in order after the essay itself.

PROOFREAD

Allow yourself enough time to CAREFULLY proofread your

completed research project before you submit it to your teacher. You

have put too much time and effort into this project to lose credit for

careless errors! If you

discover a mistake at the last minute, use

black ink to carefully make the appropriate corrections.
