First line: author's name (last name first) followed by a period.

B.

Second line: "title of article" enclosed in quotation marks and followed
by a period.

C.

Third line: title of magazine or newspaper (underlinedif written or typed; italics
if word processed) followed by the date of publication, a colon, and page
numbers.
