NCAA Procedures:

In order for student-athletes to compete at the Division I and Division II collegiate level, prospective student-athletes must register with the NCAA Clearinghouse. To register, prospective student-athletes should visit the website at http://www.ncaaclearinghouse.net. After accessing this page, please click on "Prospective Student-Athletes" to link to important information.

Required Transcripts:

As a part of the process for being cleared through the NCAA Clearinghouse, transcripts must be sent from the student's High School. Along with these transcripts, students MUST access and print the Student Release Forms. Please print these forms and turn them in to your School Counselor. Copy 1 is sent with the initial transcript, while the second copy is saved and sent with the final transcript at the end of the student's senior year.

**NOTE: Without the Student Release Forms, your application will not be processed.

Release of Information for Student Athletes

If a student is being recruited to play collegiate athletics, he/or she must register with the NCAA Clearinghouse. Students must also sign a release of information form to allow the Counseling Office to release student information (specifically a transcript and/or standardized test scores) to prospective coaches or higher educational institutions.
