The Cazenovia Sports Booster Club provides support for the various athletic opportunities in the Cazenovia School District as well as the entire community.

The Cazenovia Sports Booster Club is a non-profit organization committed to providing support and recognition for students involved in the Cazenovia Central School Interscholastic Athletics program.

Some of the Clubs' Contributions:

The list of contributions of the club is long and diverse. Among its accomplishments have been equipping the high school fitness room with state of the art exercise machines, supporting awards and recognition programs for student athletes (Section III Scholar Athlete Program, Senior Athlete Awards Dinner, Junior High Athletic Awards Night), sponsoring clinics and workshops for interscholastic coaches, as well as community/recreation programs, and hosting workshops on NCAA compliance and recruiting policies. The list could easily go on. The club strives to serve the overall program rather than just one team's interests and welcomes input on how to accomplish this.

What Does Club Need?

We need you ... The life line of any organization is its membership and the Sports Boosters Membership is thin and no longer reflective of parents whose children are currently involved. If you have volunteered at the community/recreation level and now have children involved in the interscholastic program we need you. We need your ideas and just a bit of your time. Meetings are held once a month, typically on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.

In Conclusion ...

We all want the best for our children and their interscholastic sports program but there is a genuine need for support services which go beyond what the school can offer, like operating concession facilities which fund the quality award programs we have been able to offer in the past.
